Satvik Sadan along with a unique concept has a unique construction too. It has been built on seven step terraces .Each terrace is named after a corresponding chakra.of human body.
Level one referred as the Muladhar is the entry point from where one goes to level two.
Level two referred as the Swadishthan houses the office and reception.
Level three referred as the Manipur, houses the kitchen and The Satvik Restaurant offering delicious authentic Indian vegetarian cuisine. The seating is on chowkis. The restaurant offers both a la carte as well as a Mahabhoj Thali. The entire staff is attired in traditional Indian Kurta Dhoti and jackets. Accommodates 24 persons.
Level four five and six are called Anahatha, Vishuddha and Aagnya respectively. Each of these levels has four rooms with individual spacious balcony, bordered with pottted plants, which demarcate balcony of different rooms.
Satvik Sadan has twelve rooms presently.
Each room, named after a particular asana of Surya Namaskaar, has a spacious balcony with a beautiful view.
The entry is from east and is glazed from 3'6" height upwards, for one to enjoy the view as well as light.
The back walls have a wide air and light protected opening between them and the mural finish retention walls behind, allowing for sufficient fresh air and light. All rooms have telephone with intercom connections and have modern bathrooms.
Besides there many small garden terraces with benches to enjoy nature to the fullest.

Yoga Hall in the Sahasraar also doubles up as a reading room
There is a beautiful meditation area built around a fire ceremony place next to the yoga hall where evening agnihora ( fire ceremny with herbal oblations and meditation takes place.
The reading room has designer wrought iron furniture which is mostly kept in the balcony outside for guests to enjoy the panoramic mountain view while reading or relaxing.
On the balcony of Sahasrar is the Agnihotra chamber for herbal inhalations and offering of herbal oblations for health, peace .and prosperity.
